Labor Security and Labor Health Policy
- To create the working environment, required for labor health and security, and to structure working environment at minimum risk level in connection with professional diseases and work accidents.
- To maintain labor security and to protect health of our workers. To try to reach “zero work accidents” target via removing risks in their sources with the participation of all of the workers.
- To maintain usage of labor security equipments, delivered to them, by the employees, and to follow this permanently.
- To maintain workers to be aware of their individual LHS responsibilities and to improve activities related with labor health and security continually.
- To maintain employees to be sensitive at the highest possible level for complying with the work discipline and warning plates, and not implementing the works, on which they are not qualified, and preventing from hand jokes as well as acts, which might jeopardize both his/her and also his/her colleagues’ lives during working, and working in compliance with directives, and informing officers urgently about the failures and the possibilities, which might cause failures.
- To create a worker profile, who is aware of being negligent, pensive, clapped out and sleepless in the work are the invitations for a work accident.
- To keep environment clean and tidy, and to create a healthy working environment.
