Continuity of trainings is inevitable for maintaining improvement of responsibilities and consciousnesses of our employees and for maintaining continual development. It is obligatory for our workers to take required training on professional, labor health and labor security as well as other issues. Our workers are included to the periodical trainings under periodic training scheduling.

It is monitored and assessed whether training participants had benefited from the training or not and whether they reflect their trainings to their works or not. Required back feeds are assessed and training policy is strengthened.
